Job Description
Description of the Role:
As a BDC Rep at Key Hyundai of Manchester you will play a vital role in our organizations success by providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone email and social media platforms to address inquiries schedule appointments and provide necessary information
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle understanding financing options and overall purchase process
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory pricing and promotions
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
