Job Description
The Associate Director Supply Chain Development will serve as a strategic leader overseeing multiple supply chain development projects and initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain strategies align with Kraft Heinzs broader business objectives and that projects deliver the intended commercial value and operational excellence.
- Lead the strategy and of largescale supply chain projects including new business commercialization capacity expansion and network optimization.
- Develop and champion new supply chain solutions to support business growth margin enhancement and manufacturing transformation.
- Drive the integration of best practices and continuous improvement processes across all projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff providing guidance on project management operational and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project budgets and financials ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159400.00 $199200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
