Remote Opportunity
The Service DeliveryProject Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the Mood Client Installation experience for Instore Media Solutions to help enhance our brand image that are client assignment or complexity of installation. The PM acts as a primary liaison between our clients and the Service Delivery department to ensure client satisfaction and performance. The PM will assist in training and support for Project Coordinators.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the successful installation of our renowned more complex sound systems music platforms visual platforms and sensory branding equipment.
- Constantly communicate with construction contractors and/or on site contacts to ensure ontime installations.
- Be familiar with different stages of the construction process for multiple jobs occurring simultaneously.
- Negotiate labor rates with our field operations network and coordinate the delivery of equipment to arrive in advance of an ontime system installation.
- Act as liaison betweenMood Mediaand a globally recognized name brand client base and specific assigned clients ensuring newly built or remodeled locations are installed according to customer expectations and engineering designs.
- Interact and utilize our engineering and Field Operations department resources to maintain systems integrity and customers expectations.
- Maintain multiple client account databases which are shared companywide so accuracy is imperative.
- Support Project Coordinators in training and installation questions as needed
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 3 yrs. experience in project management
- Familiarity with construction and engineering terminology and/or process is highly beneficial
- Strong communication negotiation skills and customer satisfaction are imperative
- Ability to facilitate scheduled deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to utilize creative skills effectively
- Superior organizational skills
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
