Schedule Details
- Monday to Sunday Availability
- Shifts vary between 7:00 a.m. till 9:15 p.m.
- Mornings Midday Evenings and Weekends Required

What Youll Be Doing
- Collecting used kitchenware from the workstations and kitchen areas.
- Loading and unloading dishwashing machines.
- Handwashing specific items (for example wooden cutting boards large pots etc..
- Storing cleaned kitchenware baking pans pots and equipment appropriately.
- Setting up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Ensuring there are always enough clean pots pans and cooking/serving utensils especially during peak hours.
- Maintaining cleaning supplies in stock (e.g. detergents) and placing orders when necessary.
- Checking washing machines operation and promptly reporting any technical/performance issues.
- Removing garbage regularly.
- Sanitizing the kitchen area including the floor.
- Adhering to all appropriate workplace regulations compliances and legislation regarding health and safety food preparation standards and company policies and procedures.
- Be continually aware of and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Maintaining a professional appearance demeanor and attitude at all times.
- Protecting the health and safety of others by adopting safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
- Greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions as required.
- Maintaining familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment and tools are being used safely and according to provided directions.
- Ensuring food is handled stored and cooked according to health and safety standards and that proper cleanup occurs to meet health regulations.
- Cleaning agreedupon designated areas in accordance with laiddown procedures morning or evening routines and hygiene requirements.
- Cleaning and setting tables according to established standards ensuring that all items used are clean undamaged and in a good state of repair.
- Assisting in other areas as needed during peak times.
- Helping to raise the standards within the department and bring new concepts forth.
- Other duties as required.

We are willing to train the right candidatebut most successful candidates have these:
- High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred
- 2 years of experience in a fastpacedcustomer service role
- 1 years of experience in a cafenvironment
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image at all times
- Work independently with little direct supervision
- Have a wellbalanced concern for both task and people
- Have a genuine concern for needs of customers
Work Conditions
- Required to worka variety of shifts including mornings days evenings weekends andholidays.
- Required at timesto work with challenging customers and/or situations.
- Exposed to hotand cold environments.
- Exposed to loudnoises and moving equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Long periods ofstanding and walking
- Frequent motionsinclude bending twisting squatting pushing pulling and reaching.
- Manual and repetitivetasks.
- On occasion youmay be required to lift up to 22.5 kg 50 lbs).
