Grinder

• Operate grinding machines and tools to shape and finish metal parts specifically stoppers for the flow rail area.
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to understand production requirements.
• Ensure that all finished parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in metal grinding or a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with various grinding machines and tools.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
