Customer Care Rep

InfuSystem is a growing healthcare service provider specializing in infusion pumps and related products and services for patients in hospitals clinics ambulatory surgery centers and other major service centers. We provide direct payer rentals pump and consumable sales and biomedical services and repair serving all 50 states and Canada. Headquartered in Rochester Hills Michigan we have Centers of Excellence in Kansas California Massachusetts and Ontario Canada.

Our team effort provides product management and clinical support to enhance the lives of ourpatients and the communities we serve. Service is always our highest priority; keeping the patients health & safety at the center of everything we do.

SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Rep will be responsible for supporting the needs of our sales team as well as our customer needs.

IN THIS ROLE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Provide support to the Sales Team
• Collaborate with the sales rep in order to provide customers with quotes and answer general inquiries.
• Run weekly reports for each territory
• Build and maintain relationships with customer to promote loyalty.
• Onboard new customers
• Work internally with different departments daily to help process customer needs.
• Assist in the monitoring of past due accounts
• Log detailed Customer specific information into CRM
• Offer excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of account specific requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum completion of High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience within sales preferred
• Associate degree (A.A.ORequivalentORtechnical school preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills with considerable tact and diplomacy
• Strong communication and organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
