As an Employee Relations SME this role will provides an opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following
Support employees and managers across full employee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations matters through advisory (how do I) and coaching on HR procedures (process & policy) covering key topics e.g. grievance performance and absence management.
Lead HR investigations and appropriate IR/ER activities across the country manage end to end HR investigations including appropriate case reporting decision making and stakeholder management at regional or local level.
Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues including: Conducting investigation related interviews; Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings.
Consult and collaborate with business partners Corporate ER teams Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations
Help analyse diagnose design and revise people programs policies and practices to sustain positive employee relations across the region as needed including designing & Implementing POSH Awareness Campaigns & Training modules.
Assisting business partners with strategies to minimize noncompliances pertaining to statutory/non statutory employment laws/organizational policies.
Review employee relations letters like charge sheets show cause letters warning letters termination letters etc and Liaise with external legal authorities and key stakeholders of labour department.
Management of cases and transactions in Service Now and Workday; acting as the single point of contact for the business on informal employee relations matters providing coaching and advice to help managers through the situation. Internal Use
Engage in early case assessments and use judgement and perspective to determine the appropriate approach involving triage to Central Investigations Team or HRBP as appropriate in Service Now / iSight systems to ensure timely resolution to meet agreed service level agreements.
Provide process and system navigation support to managers when logging Performance Improvement Plans in Workday.
Provide administrative services to Tier 2 HRBPs including the development of employee letters case notes and upload onto relevant systems and employee files. This includes coordination of reports to government bodies and other relevant authorities as required
Contribute to improving and streamlining employee relations processes by partnering Regional Efficiency & Quality Performance and Change Team and ensure knowledge content is in line with global CoE standard
Contribute to any Regional and Global ER Projects managed by Employee Relations CoE
Identify trends and opportunities for proactive ER interventions and education both for HR and line managers in partnership with ER CoE
Partner with Regional HR Hub Leadership and legal as required to ensure country policy is reflective of up to date legislation
Support with ER related reporting requests using Workday and Power BI analytics providing insights to Embedded HR & CoE as needed

5 yrs of work experience with Bachelors degree business law human resources or any other relevant function.
A robust exposure and experience to the ER environment can supplement any missing diploma but its at least 5 years of experience in handling ER/IR and Compliance matters in a multinational organisation (Service / FMCG/ Manufacturing or a Supply Chain org) The understanding and working experience of ER Statutory/Compliance/Processes and Disciplinary Procedures
Area Specialization: HR Business or related subject matter
Experience working in a customer service environment. HR and/or employee relations experience preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English language skills/
Experience with Workday ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided

Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fastpaced environment
Capability to structure your daily work
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
