Responsibilities
Revolution is seeking a dynamic and driven Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the Little Rock AR area!
In this pivotal role you will lead in driving quality initiatives that enhance plant processes minimize waste and optimize costsensuring our products remain toptier and competitive in the market. We seek a resultsoriented leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who can effectively lead teams collaborate across departments and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Lead and develop a highperforming Quality Control team by providing clear direction training and mentorship.
- Effectively communicate plant quality expectations and monitor performance relative to objectives in a timely and impactful manner.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration to ensure quality processes are integrated into all aspects of manufacturing and operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer complaints and compliance audits demonstrating professionalism and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Maintain reporting systems for internal and external complaints using data to drive strategic quality initiatives.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork by actively soliciting input from employees and engaging with crossfunctional teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize develop implement and document a robust Quality Management System for maintaining and improving products and processes.
- Promote and sustain the safety health and welfare of all Quality Control personnel.
- Own and maintain our Food Safety Program.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Analytical Chemistry Polymer Science Material Science or a relevant field preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to lead motivate and develop teams fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in quality systems manufacturing processes and customer compliance.
- Strong problemsolving analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management and crossfunctional teams.
- ERP/MRP system experience preferred; Syteline experience is a plus.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) when on the floor including but not limited to steel toe boots eye protection ear protection and a face mask.
