Job Summary
Bowdoin College is located in Brunswick Maine with a student population of almost 2000. We make everything from scratch and consistently rated in the top 10 for college dining! We have our own shop bakeshop and organic garden that all supply food to our 2 dining halls and 3 retail locations. This position supports Thorne Dining Hall. Under supervision of the Culinary Manager Head Chef and Assistant Chef supports production in the kitchen prepares recipes from scratch works with industrial size kitchen equipment producing high quality meals. This position offers a $500 signon bonus $250 on first paycheck and $250 after 90 days). If you are selected for the role your start date will be in August May
