POSITION SUMMARY
Cook foods according to menus special dietary or nutritional requirements or numbers of portions to be served per management or following approved recipe. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Clean and sanitize work areas & equipment.

3 year servsafe certificate within 90 days
