Your mission
As an Account Executive at ClearOps you will play a central role in our sales process. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing customer relationships. Through your proactive approach and close contact with our customers you will make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with the management team to continuously improve the product and optimize our market strategy
Net New MRR: Youre responsible for bringing in net new recurring revenue through closing medium business.
Prospecting:You own your book of business and build outreach strategies to fill your pipeline.
Qualification:You conduct a thorough discovery phase to understand and advance qualified leads using key performance metrics.
Internalcollaboration:You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development Legal Marketing and Product.
Projectmanagement:You lead prospects through their evaluation journey shape decision criteria and support in building compelling business cases that drive impact.
CRM & Data:You maintain data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce) forecast with accuracy and make data driven decisions across your sales funnel.

What you need to succeed:- Youhaveaproventrackrecordof2yearsin anewbizSaaSclosingsalesrole.
- You see yourself as a hunterand enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.
- You excel at identifying and creating needs at both functional and company levels through strong qualification skills.
- Youarefamiliarwithsalesqualificationsandmethodologies(e.g. SPICED MEDDIC).
- Youpossessa strongintrinsicmotivationcontinuallypushingyourselftoimproveeveryday.
- Youreanative Germanspeaker(orequivalentC2level) andfluentin English(business language).
