Job Description
Lou Sobh Kia/Hondais now hiring aPARTTIME Weekend Receptionist! We are looking for friendly outgoing and motivated individual to join our team.
The hours/ days will be:
The days during the week vary plus the weekends.
MondayFriday 3pm8pm
Saturday 8am 3pm and 3pm8pm
Sunday 12pm6pm
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and redirect to appropriate person or department
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests upon entry into the dealership and continue to provide worldclass customer service to customers and employees alike
- Assign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer software
- Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms and brochures)
- Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store such as but not limited to distributing mail assisting with Accounting etc
Qualifications
(Education Experience Certifications Licenses):
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual is always a plus!
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet MS Outlook)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Selfmotivated goal oriented and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- MUST be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
