About The Role

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Organisational Development Lead to help shape the future of Hansen. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director youll lead a range of initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness build adaptive leadership and drive engagement. Your focus will be on workforce transformation leadership development change management and driving continuous improvements across Hansens organisational effectiveness and performance. This is a fulltime onsite position based in our Melbourne CBD office.

About You

Youre an experienced professional with a background in Organisational Development HR Strategy or Change Management. Youve successfully led change initiatives designed leadership programs and improved team effectiveness. Your collaborative approach and analytical mindset enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels and make datadriven decisions. Were looking for someone who is:

  • Proven in leading organisational change initiatives and designing leadership programs.
  • Experienced in organisational design culture transformation and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Innovative and comfortable working in a global fastpaced environment.
  • Datasavvy with the ability to measure the impact of your initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute organisational strategies that improve structures workflows and team performance.
  • Partner with leaders to implement change management initiatives for transformation programs.
  • Lead talent mapping succession planning and leadership development strategies to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Drive engagement survey analysis and lead action plans that enhance organisational performance and the overall employee experience at Hansen.
  • Oversee remuneration and benefits ensuring alignment with market trends and total rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a datadriven culture leveraging people analytics to measure the impact of organisational initiatives.
