The retail center manager is responsible for the successful operation and sales growth of the retail location. Able to perform all duties and functions of Sales and Customer Service Associate and Assistant Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
35 years of progressive retail management experience. Proven sales ability including the ability to manage and motivate teams to reach sales goals. Print experience a plus. AA degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Manual hand dexterity required to operate Point of Sale copiers and binding machinery packaging tools and complete customer paperwork.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with federal and state law and company policy.
