Our private client is seeking a Junior Trainer who will assist on their ambitious innovation journey!
- Perth based Junior Trainer to supports the Training Lead as needed on all training activities.
- Support development of training content/training collateral/quick reference guides.
- Perform video editing (using tools like Clipchamp or similar)
- Manage training logistics schedule invites room bookings attendance etc.
- Manage incoming training enquiries.
- Support training delivery (face to face and virtual) train the trainer and one on one as needed
- Provide support to TIMC/Change agents as needed
- Provide posttraining support to end users
- Travel to depots for delivery as needed
- Work closely with eLearning developer
Requirement:
- Good with excel word power point
- Eye for details
- Experience in the training and development space
- Adaptable fast learner
- Good interpersonal communication skill
Location and Contract Term
Perth WA. 4month project
Security Requirements
All Candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check
