Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at VALLABH STARTUP SERVICES. As an HR you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive work environment. This is a fulltime position based in Ahmedabad Gujarat India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problemsolving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the companys goals and objectives.
- Conduct employee onboarding orientation and training programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits compensation and performance evaluation programs.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to resolve employee issues and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and keep uptodate with HR best practices and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and incentive programs.
- Maintain and update employee records including attendance leaves and performance data.
- Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
