- You will report directly to our Operations Manager
- As our Senior Project Manager on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects you would be responsible for managing multiple projects while creating an exceptional client experience for every client on every project and planning and supervising projects from start to finish
- Your responsibilities would include:
- Coaching Junior Project Managers
- Managing three to five Field Supervisors
- Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5Star Google Review on every project
- Measuring at the project site to order project materials
- Ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials
- Managing our warehouse including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
- Overcommunicating with clients and install teams including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
- Managing and coordinating the daytoday field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin within the client investment range and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
- Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Operations Manager the General Manager and/or other teammates
- Running multiple project sites effectively efficiently and safely
- Recruiting installer teams 1099s and W2s)
- Participating in Operations Team meetings
- Project Manager (preferably Operations Manager) experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling both with respect to highend homes and turning many projects per month
- Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling both with respect to highend homes and turning many projects per month
- Strong problemsolving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
- Schedule:
- Work fulltime MondayFriday
- Twice a week office day (Mondays and one other weekday) in Canton office for team building and warehouse management
- Available to occasionally work late (after 7pm) or weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion

- Three references from previous supervisors
