Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Reporting to CEO Canada
OnSite/ Remote/ Hybrid: Onsite
Location: Brantford/Woodstock Ontario
As an Inside Sales employee you play a key role within the sales team. You are the point of contact for our Canadian customers and ensure that the entire process from quotation to delivery runs smoothly. You support the sales team with your commercial and administrative skills and proactively think along to offer customers the best service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling questions and orders from Canadian customers.
- Preparing quotations adding them into the internal system and following up on requests.
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor delivery times.
- Supporting the sales team with customer information and reporting.
- Customeroriented thinking about possibilities and solutions.
Required Skills:
- College or University Diploma/Degree
- 510 years experience in Inside Sales
- Experience in the mining and/or steel industry
- Commercial experience desired
- Bilingual would be an asset
- Must be Canadian or PR
Work Conditions:
- Permanent fulltime position
- Work from our office in Brantford/Woodstock
