Job Description

  • Prepare quotations for the Sales Department based on their requests.
  • Maintain electronic records of customer quotations purchase orders and related transactions.
  • Create orders in the SAP system and ensure that the prices and quantities match the quotations sent to the customer.
  • Follow up with Production and Purchasing to ensure materials are available in stock.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Production Purchasing and Logistics) to resolve all issues and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
  • Inform Sales Engineers if a customers account is blocked due to exceeding the credit limit.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer / sales inquiries and process their requests.
  • Monitor open sales orders daily ensuring no orders remain open without a valid reason.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department to confirm the delivery of materials to customers as per the scheduled time.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
  • Maximum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in SAP particularly in modules related to sales and customer relationship management.
  • Advanced English language skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
