Clinical Lead Nurse
Fulltime Days
Salary: 52000
Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our clients dynamic team. As a Clinical Lead you will provide leadership and support to ensure the delivery of highquality care to residents. This role requires a skilled and knowledgeable individual with a background in nursing and a passion for clinical excellence within an elderly nursing home setting.
What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or in a similar leadership role (ideally within elderly care)
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide highquality resident care
- Excellent understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and mentoring abilities
- Commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion in healthcare

Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical governance and quality assurance processes within the home
- Provide clinical leadership mentorship and support to nursing staff within the nursing home
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient/resident care
- Implement and monitor care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
- Conduct regular clinical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a resource for evidencebased practice and clinical policies
- Support the professional development of nursing staff through training and guidance
