About the Role:
JDSAT is seeking aMidLevel Data Analystto helpdevelop innovative data solutions apply NLP techniques and support highimpact projectsacrosshealthcare government and military domains. This position requiresstrong technical skills problemsolving abilities and clientfacing experience.
This position requires a SECRET clearance or demonstrated ability to obtain such clearance. This position is hybrid requiring onsite work in Fairfax VA as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process structured and unstructured data includingmedical records and military supply data.
- DevelopPython scripts and SQL queriesto clean transform and analyze large datasets.
- ApplyNatural Language Processing (NLP)techniques to match and process textbased datasets.
- Work with clients managers and technical teams tounderstand business needsand define datadriven solutions.
- Supportproof of concept (POC) developmentfor new technologies and automation solutions.
- Createdata visualizations dashboards and reports(Tableau experience preferred).
- Assist inminor frontend development tasksusingReact.js Flask HTML and CSS(NicetoHave).
- Providetechnical and nontechnical communicationsupport includingclient demos and presentations.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 35 years of experiencein data analysis data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Pythonfor data analysis scripting and automation.
- Strong SQL skillsfor querying extracting and transforming data.
- Experience with NLP(Natural Language Processing) for handling unstructured text data.
- Strongproblemsolving and analytical thinking.
- Ability towork in highpressure environmentswhile handling multiple client needs.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skillsto interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Experience withTableau or similar BI toolsfor data visualization.
- Exposure toReact.js JavaScript Flask and HTML/CSSfor minor frontend work.
- Knowledge ofmachine learning concepts even at a basic level 20 of role).
- Familiarity withdata governance conceptsand data interoperability.
- Previous experience withgovernment military or healthcare analytics.
