Your Responsibilities as a Scientist 2:
- Collect soil water and/or air samples utilizing different sampling techniques
- Gather analyze and interpret data.
- Assist with due diligence (ASTM Phase I) projects
- Write technical reports and proposals associated with the Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs) and Property Transfer Program.
- Actively develop your own career growth.
- Work directly with staff and managementlevel team members with field and reporting responsibilities.

What were looking for:
- BS in Geology Hydrogeology Environmental Science or other related field.
- 3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection.
- Strong technical writing skills the ability to successfully multitask safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
- 40hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
- 40 fieldwork on average.
- Light construction experience/handson skills a plus.
- Experience with data management andreport preparation.
- Valid drivers license good driving history and reliable transportationare required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Open to candidates in Hartford Metro area.
