Job Description
Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine physician with expertise in EhlersDanlos Syndromes (EDS) to join our multidisciplinary team/EDSClinic in the Division of General Internal Medicine.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life forEDSpatients through comprehensive and patientcentered care. The physician role will be responsible for diagnosing managing and treating patients withEDSand related connective tissue disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating hypermobility chronic pain autonomic dysfunction and other comorbidities commonly associated withEDS. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including geneticists physical therapists pain management specialists and other healthcare providers to offer holistic multidisciplinary care.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be board certified in Internal Medicine. Must have or be able to obtain a Florida medical license.
