The Director of Hispanic Initiatives which will be a threeyear appointment in the first instance will be housed at Truett San Antonio with site director Dr. Joe Rangel. The primary purpose of this position in concert with the Baylor in Latin America Initiative will be to increase Truett Seminarys engagement with Hispanic ministers and ministries through programming and presence.
A masters degree and seven years of relevant work experience is required. A doctoral degree and 10 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work fulltime in the United States.
