Operations Assistant Brilliant Earth Secaucus NJ
OurOperationsteamisdedicated to delivering excellence from the time a customer places an order to the moment a customer opens their package. The team coordinates and executesday to dayoperations while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. As a team member you will collaborate within a closeknit team and learn every aspect of the business. The targeted budget for this position is $21/hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
What youll do:
- Receive product and enter product details into our internal system
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoingproduct
- Review orders to ensure theyare ready to ship to customers
- Support customer careteam via phone and emailwithanyproductrelated escalations
- Complete ahigh volume of data entrywithin a specified time frameensuring accuracy
- Meetgoals and targets as assigned by leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams in a fastpaced high volume work environment with a high attention to detail
