Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APAaccredited program
- Completion of an APAaccredited internship
- Completion of a pediatric psychology fellowship
- Licensed or licenseeligible in North Carolina
- Training and experience with a pediatric population in consultationliaison hospitalbased work pain management brief intervention assessment therapy and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The Section of Pediatric Psychology & Behavioral Health is a dynamic and growing team of collaborative psychologists. We are seeking a dedicated professional for a fulltime clinical position with opportunities to contribute to teaching training and research.
This role includes hospitalbased work in the adolescent unit hematology/oncology unit child unit and PICU as well as involvement in outpatient hospitaltooutpatient bridge therapy and the development of a pain management program. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians nurses social workers dietitians child life specialists and medical learners to deliver comprehensive patientcentered care.
