Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Large Senior Living Community

Job Description

The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients performing routine checks and assisting the clinical team at the community. A successful LPN has the ability to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good LPN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment
  • Perform routine checks of patients vital signs
  • Ensure that patients take their medication
  • Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
  • Liaise with patients families

Qualifications

  • Completed LPN license program
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Love for seniors!
