Team mission
We are looking for a driven growthminded Content Operations Specialist to level up our team and help us to take our inventory content to the next level. You will be responsible for managing crossfunctional workflows strategizing our operations and innovating on an efficient and scalable highquality content pipeline to ensure that our customers have the most customercentric content in the industry to plan book and experience their activities.
The Marketplace Content Quality teams mission is to manage creation and maintenance of the most customercentric content at scale so modern explorers can plan book and experience our suppliers unforgettable experiences with confidence. We aspire to be the global leader in customercentric content in the travel experiences industry.
You will:
- Define set up manage and continuously improve crossprocess workflows for our global inventorys written and visual content with datadriven insights.
- Break down crossfunctional business problems using data think out of the box to generate solutions and track the impact for the business.
- Set the direction for our freelancer management operations including how we recruit train coordinate and support our freelancers to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency for highvolume targets.
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge and content expertise to ensure our standards are met consistently and to inform best practices.
- Driving the planning of projects for global content creation and maintenance by our Content Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive necessary improvements in our tech tooling prioritizing needs based on impact.
- Create reports to ensure our content operations are on track set up forecasts and make datadriven decisions to solve operational challenges.
- Be the goto for and proactively engage with Content Operations stakeholders to ensure highquality results and drive the right improvements.
Who you are
- You have 34 years of professional experience in content work in an ecommerce business (hospitality or travel industry is a plus).
- You can break down complex business problems and propose sustainable scalable solutions with outofthebox thinking.
- You think bigger picture and know how to connect different parts of the business together to have a high impact.
- You have proven data analysis skills and experience in creating reports and making datadriven decisions.
- You are a fast learner and are able to pivot quickly in a fastpaced environment.
- You are techsavvy and know how to leverage existing tools or work with project managers and product teams to build new tools.
- You have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels quickly and you can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- You are passionate about customercentric marketplace content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
