Your role as a Youth Care Coordinator
As a Youth Care Coordinator your role is to provide recovery orientated counselling services to improve the mental and social wellbeing of young people. Building trust and fostering positive relationships are central to the role ensuring young people feel heard valued and empowered to navigate lifes challenges.
This position is a short term 7 month contract with potential for extension.
