**Immediate Hiring: OnSite Bilingual Call Center Agents (Spanish & English)**

TASQ is currently seeking bilingual call center agents fluent in Spanish and English for onsite positions in Cebu City. We are looking for motivated customeroriented individuals who can deliver excellent support in a dynamic work environment.
**Your Responsibilities:**
Confidently communicate with customers in both Spanish and English through phone chat or email.
Address inquiries resolve issues and troubleshoot problems with professionalism and precision.
Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and offer feedback when needed.
Collaborate with team members to uphold exceptional service standards.
**What Were Looking For:**
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must currently reside in Cebu City or nearby provinces or be willing to relocate.
Availability to work onsite at our Cebu City office.
Must be reachable for interview scheduling and followup communications.
Foreign applicants must possess a valid Philippine work visa.
