As the Wet Process Tool Install Coordinator ID1(the Expansion of our Fab in Boise ID) at Micron Technology you will play a crucial role in leading the Front End Manufacturing team. You will be responsible for leading the scope schedule and budget of the tool installation program ensuring the successful implementation of our global business strategy. Your exceptional leadership skills and proven track record in engineering will enable you to drive continuous improvements meet industry benchmarks and maintain Microns position as a leader in ID1 TI.
Leadership and Team Building

Strategic/Tactical Leadership
In this role you will play a strategic and tactical role in driving the success of the ID1 TI program. You will track metrics for benchmarking ID1 TI Performance identify and share Best Known Methods (BKMs) and ensure compliance with these standards. Additionally you will provide tactical support and coordination for the Fab collaborating with Facilities and Supplier teams to problem solve. Your strong people and collaboration skills combined with your ability to work independently will be crucial in achieving department and company objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of toolinstall daytoday operations encompassing dynamic scheduling quality control resource planning material inventories work procedures document compliance cost management and contractor oversight.
Drive and support ID1 TI project through the different stages of design construction installation and qualification.
Provide handson equipment support and maintenance for systems under your control.
Supervise TI project schedule status in TMQ/TIQ.
Drive BKM alignment.
Drive TSR and TUM Data System alignment.
Standardize and consolidate documentation for all modules Tool type.
Run cost performance to budget.
Build close relationships with Boise Site Facilities and Supplier teams.
Understand and adopt best safety practices across the project.
Lead and drive continual cost reduction programs for toolinstall activities to support department site Facilities global cost saving goals.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Proven understanding of Wet Process equipment and processes.
Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Good knowledge and background in Wafer Fab Facilities systems or Manufacturing production equipment with direct experience in HVM tool ramps preferred.
Consistent track record to lead and advise both internal and external resources including contractors suppliers and government agencies.
Excellent problemsolving analytical thinking and project management skills.
Selfmotivated and ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
