ABOUT THE POSITION:

Anchin is seeking a Trust and Estates Partner who specializes in providing comprehensive tax accounting and consulting advice and services to highnetworth families with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance for individuals family investment partnerships trusts gifts estates private foundations and other aspects of wealth management. Their primary responsibility is to assist clients in managing the overall tax picture for families with a focus on minimizing tax liabilities; and ensuring the smooth transition of wealth to future generations. Trust and Estates Partner will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial legacies of highnetworth individuals and families clients. This role will provide expertise and guidance that will be instrumental in helping Anchins clients navigate the complexities of estate planning taxation and wealth preservation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement sophisticated tax gift and estate planning strategies to minimize tax implications and accomplish family goals.
• Advise clients on charitable giving philanthropic endeavors and establishing family foundations or charitable trusts.
• Advise clients on taxefficient strategies to minimize estate gift and inheritance taxes.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure clients compliance with relevant tax obligations.
• Work with outside attorneys assist clients in protecting their assets through various legal means including the use of trusts limited liability entities and family partnerships.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals financial advisors and accountants to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in law accounting finance or related field.
• CPA certification required.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in private client tax with a subspecialty and focus in trusts and estates taxation and planning.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to trusts and estates.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective client interactions.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary in the range of$250000 to $500000 based on individuals experience level.
