Job Description

As a leading automotive dealership we offer a wide range of new andpreowned vehicles. Were seeking a motivatedInternet Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our online sales efforts.

Job Summary: The Internet Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries generated through the dealerships website social media and other online platforms. This role plays a critical part in generating leads following up with potential buyers and guiding them through the carbuying process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a customerfirst mindset and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and internet inquiries via email phone and online chat.
  • Assist customers with product information pricing and availability to guide them through the sales process.
  • Schedule test drives and instore appointments for customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with online customers by providing followup and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and update the dealerships CRM system with accurate customer information and communication records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions between internet and instore processes.
  • Monitor and maintain online inventory ensuring all vehicles are accurately listed with detailed descriptions and competitive pricing.
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge promotions and financing options to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in internet sales automotive sales or a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced customerdriven environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and online lead management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and products is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
