As a Data Analyst within our Analytics teamcomprising over 200 passionate professionalsyoull harness innovative data technologies to drive strategic initiatives across our dynamic business landscape. Working in a fastpaced agile environment you will collaborate closely within vibrant crossfunctional squads each laserfocused on specific business missions. Depending on the squad you are working in at the time your role may involve
This specific role sits initially in our Hotels Operations and Finance squad where youll work closely with our Finance Business Partners and Managers of our pubs to help optimise how our pubs operate and make profit.
Regardless of the squad you work in you will have the support of your Chapter around you; team members who share the same capabilities that you can learn and grow from. We also encourage and provide freedom to hop between squads mixing it up and expanding your skill set with every new challenge. Collaborating with diverse teams to develop and refine datadriven tools and applications that influence business strategies.

Creating and maintaining dashboards that not only serve functional purposes but are visually captivating.
Owning your projects and ensuring the data architecture supports rapid growth and innovation.
Utilising extensive databases to unravel complex queries that are as challenging as they are rewarding.
Deriving insights from large amounts of data and translating this into a story that helps stakeholders and senior leaders understand make decisions and drive action.
Spreading data literacy and fostering a culture of curiosity and informed decisionmaking throughout the organisation.
Qualifications :

You are a Collaborative team player. Youll be working in a multifunctional squad looking to deliver the most value for your product/service/project where building connections and expanding on your knowledge and that of others will be key to solving difficult problems
Selfmotivated you thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating through ambiguity imposed by the matrix structure we work in and the shared decision making that goes with it
Youre adventurous with data constantly seeking new methods or tools to enhance understanding and outcomes.
Your core skills are in SQL and you have handson experience with DBT and cloud platforms (GCP a plus).
Your analytical prowess is matched with an ability to visualise data compellingly (Tableau skills are a bonus).
Communication is your strong suit; you translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- You may have prior experience in a Retail or Hospitality role that helps you understand the landscape you are designing your data products for.
