The Role
Were looking for a resultsdriven and detailoriented Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team! In this essential role youll be responsible for managing and optimizing group purchasing organization (GPO) agreements driving value for our members through strategic sourcing and collaboration with key stakeholders. Youll lead contract negotiations monitor market trends and implement creative solutions to maximize portfolio performance and savings opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate industryleading agreements and manage strategic sourcing processes.
Conduct market analysis and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize contract portfolios.
Identify cost savings initiatives and manage conversions of noncontract to contract spend opportunities.
Drive engagement with vendors and members to achieve sourcing goals and create partnerships.
Monitor contract performance conduct ongoing price reviews and maintain market relevance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while managing contract lifecycles.
Provide datadriven insights and prepare reports for executive presentations.

Qualifications
What Youll Bring
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college (Supply Chain Business Healthcare Finance preferred).
Experience: 13 years of experience in supply chain contracting or strategic sourcing.
Skills:
o Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to create or interpret financial models.
o Strong proficiency in Adobe Excel PowerPoint and Word.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
