Job Description
Full time Regional Medical Director: DVM New Opportunity Competitive Salary Denver Colorado area
We are looking for a fulltime Regional Medical Director to join our team in Denver Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience as a Veterinarian or Associate Veterinarian.
The Regional Medical Director will be responsible for the overall medical care of our animals including developing and implementing treatment plans overseeing the work of our veterinary team and ensuring that our animals receive the highest quality of care. The Regional Medical Director will also be responsible for training and developing our veterinary team and for working with our management team to ensure that our animal care standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of veterinary medicine as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The Regional Medical Director will be a key member of our team and will play a vital role in ensuring that our animals receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for animals
- Oversee the work of the veterinary team
- Ensure that animals receive the highest quality of care
- Train and develop the veterinary team
- Work with management to ensure that animal care standards are met
Qualifications:
- DVM degree
- Experience as a Veterinarian or Associate Veterinarian
- Strong understanding of veterinary medicine
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
