ITCore
- The IT Core is a broad job family whose training work experiences and skills are typically defined by each EMIT function and tend to be specific to that function. Associates who select the IT Core Focus Area are likely to be involved in although not limited to operate / run maintain support and advising / consulting type of assignments in EMIT. Assignments are broad and diverse with examples including:
- Infrastructure and data operations and support
- Security and controls
- Planning and Resource Management
- Business Support Services
- Other technical supervisory management
Job Role Summary
- Perform work that requires the application of a range of IT and business principles in a variety of context. Developing and/or delivering IT services in one or more business processes.
- Facilitates identification of opportunities / management of change and business needs into IT solutions.
- Participate in establishing and / or influencing strategic direction for IT services
- Focused on maximizing business value.
- Works with or facilitates vendor management / engagement in providing or acquiring services.
- Directly or indirectly provides leadership and influences or makes decisions.
