What Were Looking For
Leadership Ability: Previous leadership experience is an asset.
Fundraising Experience:Direct facetoface fundraising experience (street mall or
doortodoor) is required.
Experience in Direct Sales (Field Sales) would also work.
Excellent Communication Skills:You have a natural ability to engage and connect
with people from all backgrounds.
ResultsDriven Mindset:Youre motivated by targets enjoy a challenge and strive
to exceed goals.
Team Development Skills: You recognize talent in others and understand how to
nurture their potential.
Passion for Social Impact:A genuine enthusiasm for fundraising and making a
difference.
