Applied Materials PPB at CTO office is searching for an to join our team in summer 2025! The position will entail the following:
- Assist with inorganic organic and polymer material/chemical screening characterization and metrology work. Able to safely handle different chemicals.
- Lead small development projects involving materials/chemical characterization screening QC
- Conduct material/chemical testing and analysis
- Keep detailed lab records
- Support process engineers for material/chemical needs
- Internship is onsite with a start date of May 19 2025
Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelors degree program in Chemistry material science polymer science or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Experience in Materials Characterizations/analytical chemistry Preferred
- Quick learner
Compensation
$33 $36 per hour
The rate offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
