As the Marketing Programs intern you will work in a structured environment under close supervision. The intern(s) will perform various fundamental administrative and outreach event duties particularly those related to youth engagement. This part time internship requires applicants to be on site in our Everett office 2312 W. Casino Rd. Everett WA 98204 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from approximately 8AM 4PM. Interns will work 1520 hours per week at a rate of $21/hr and are not eligible for remote work. Your responsibilities will support the Marketing Programs division of the Communications Marketing and Engagement Department. This is an ideal internship for students interested in the wide range of careers in public transit.
Minimum Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.

Working Conditions
Most of your work will be performed in an office environment and requires you to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You may be required to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings. Given the nature of this job you may also be exposed to automotive fumes odors and dust and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments.
About 25 or more of your work will be performed in a public setting such as festivals community events presentations to youth audiences etc.
