The Role:
Our site in Billerica MA is seeking a/an Equipment Reliability Engineering CoOp to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
What Youll Do:
Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
Identifies and plans implementation of precision maintenance practices (lubrication excellence alignment & balancing etc.
Provides technical support to production maintenance management and technical personnel.
Applies value analysis to repair/replace repair/redesign and make/buy decisions.
Provides support for the maintenance planning & scheduling function
Coordinates with multiple facilities to ensure overall maintenance standards are developed and to promote the spreading of best practices

Graduation Year: December 2025 or
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week MF 8a5p) beginning in July through December
Must be familiar with the universitys requirements to participate in a coop program

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Must be able to work in cleanroom environment for long periods of time. Must be able to use hand tools safely and efficiently.

Compensation: $20$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
