Overview
RiverView Health is a community owned membership based nonprofit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
RiverView Health has an opening for an OnCall Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist is a clinically competent licensed professional of their discipline who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients through the process of evaluation ongoing assessment treatment planning implementation of therapy interventions along with discharge planning and patient/family education. The Physical Therapist will work with people of all ages from pediatric to geriatric patients. Assistance in maintenance of therapy equipment tools supplies and inventory is expected. Settings may include inpatient care skilled nursing facility subacute care and outpatient care. Position could include travel to Outreach Clinics to provide care. Position does include working a weekend and holiday rotation. Salary range is $40.36 $56.52 and starting wage is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Current State of Minnesota license in Physical Therapy which must be in good standing is required.
- Master or Doctoratedegree in Physical Therapyis required.
- Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.
