Paid Time Off (PTO): Full time Team Members can expect to accrue approximately 2 weeks of PTO per year (accrued at a rate of 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked).

Sick Time: Full time Team Members can expect to accrue approximately 2 weeks of Sick Time per year (accrued at a rate of 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked).

Paid Parental: Team Members who meet eligibility requirements receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave at 70 of their salary or hourly rate (up to a biweekly max amount of $3096.15.

Paid Holidays: The company recognizes 12 holidays annually during which Team Members receive 8 hours of pay.

Mental Health Support Program: Our mental health support program offers all Team Members and their families free ondemand access to a licensed mental health professional through a variety of modalities (text web inperson chat group sessions) 24/7/365 days a year. Salt & Straw offers three medical plans through UnitedHealthcare with premiums under $100 per month plus a vision plan. There are also two dental plans to choose from through MetLife.

UHC Rewards: Once enrolled in a medical plan Team Members can participate in our wellness program UnitedHealthcare Rewards and earn up to $1000 by participating in certain wellness activities.

Position Summary/Objective of job:

The Stager 1 Team Member is an entrylevel position on the Staging team. The Staging teams goal is to prepare organize and set up the raw materials ingredients and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. This position requires attention to detail a strong commitment to food safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in commercial food preparation manufacturing production or warehouse environment.

Knowledge and Critical Skills:

• Fluency in English.

• Good counting and math skills.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.

• Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.

Wage Transparency

We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $16.61$17.71 highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $16.61$20.30.
