Position Summary/Objective of job:
The Stager 1 Team Member is an entrylevel position on the Staging team. The Staging teams goal is to prepare organize and set up the raw materials ingredients and packaging needed for the production process. Stagers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines have all the necessary items in the right quantities to meet our daily production goals. This position requires attention to detail a strong commitment to food safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in commercial food preparation manufacturing production or warehouse environment.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Fluency in English.
Good counting and math skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
Wage Transparency
We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $16.61$17.71 highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $16.61$20.30.
