You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor
What you will do:
As an Italian German and French Customer Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone email and chat.
More specifically:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in Italian or German or French language (written and spoken)
- Proficient English Skills (Oral and written).
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Tech savvy/ Computer literacy
- Enthusiastic patient empathetic multitasking and communicative
