About the team
The Enterprise Applications team at Rubrik enables business processes employee experience and technologies to scale our organization to $1B. This team is responsible for all the enterprise applications used at Rubrik and the relevant business processes (Lead to Opportunity Quote to Cash Hire to Retire Customer Support Legal & Facilities). The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple daytoday business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce Oracle Netsuite Workday Coupa Chromeriver Snowflake Etrade Xactly MuleSoft etc.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Functional Service Cloud Consultant . This position involves a deep understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform along with the ability to effectively translate complex business requirements into functional and efficient Salesforce solutions.
What youll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Service Cloud. Provide insights and advice on best practices leveraging the platforms capabilities to enhance customer service and support processes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their service and support requirements. Translate these needs into functional Salesforce solutions within the Service Cloud environment.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud to align with business needs. Manage custom objects fields record types page layouts workflows validation rules and reports.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for endusers of Service Cloud. Offer continuous support and guidance to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform.
- Design solutions that utilize Service Cloud functionality to improve customer service operations and agent productivity. Ensure that solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Conduct thorough testing of Service Cloud configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business needs and are free from defects.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ensure clear communication regarding global prioritization of requirements timelines and deliverables.
- Document all configurations customizations and processes. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend improvements as appropriate.
- Be upto date on the new tools/applications that are available on the Service Cloud and check on their feasibility w.r.t our current implementation
Experience youll need
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud including implementation configuration and customization.
- Indepth understanding of customer service processes and CRM best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with various levels of management staff and clients.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable.
- Tech Savvy and on the look out for new technologies that use Gen AI capabilities which in turn can help our customer support organization
