Responsible for overall management of Stores. Ensure inventory control timely issue and receive material.
INVENTORYMANAGEMENT:
Analyze stock requirements and consumption trends.
Maintain reorder level and optimum inventory levels for each item in stock.
Raise indent for material as per reorder level / customer requirements.
Follow up with purchase department for the items which may fall short.
Receives and organizes inspection of all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
Organize quality inspections on the materials and control receiving of defected products.
Ship cancelled and damaged items back to vendors.
Carry out stock take and ensure physical stock matches with ERP stock.
Ensure timely generation and submission of MRNs.
Ensure NPA are under control and are not further generated.
Manage inter unit despatches as per inter unit order for store items.
Manage despatches to distributors / dealers for store items.
Ensure no material leaves premises without proper documentations.
Following up for open RGP / NRGP.
Update Corporate Purchase & Accounts Department stock position. (If applicable)
Records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements.
All business transaction should be recorded timely.
Ensure timely disposal of NPA / wastage.
Adherence to 5S norms.
