MOTORCYCLE AND POWER SPORT ENTHUSIAST WANTED!
If youre looking for an exciting rewarding career helping customers find the right motorcycle watercraft ATV SXS or snowmobile and not stuck behind a desk then THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU! Were looking for the best of the best to join our company. We have a full line up of motorcycles ATVs SXS and snowmobiles at our power sport dealership in Oak Creek WI.
With a heavy emphasis on customer service youll discuss features and benefits of vehicles to established and new customers inperson on the phone and via email in a friendly professional and honest manner. Youll need to exude a passion for power sports (not difficult when youre surrounded by the coolest toys on the planet). Youll invite customers to the dealership and follow up with them during and after the sales process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Your office is the largest power sports showroom in Southeast Wisconsin packed with new and used products for you to showcase. Milwaukee Powersports is a dealer for Honda Polaris CanAm SkiDoo SeaDoo Suzuki and Polaris Slingshot Your office view cant get any better than that!

Responsibilities
- Answer phone call and online inquiries about forsale motorcycles ATVs UTVs etc.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Continuously develop product and sales skills. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays
- Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Basic knowledge of powersports vehicles (or personal history of owning/riding) preferredbut not required.
