Command Control Intelligence and Encryption (C2I&E)
By joining our Command Control Intelligence and Encryption (C2I&E) business you will be a member of a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions that streamline the preparation and of intricate missioncritical operations. We focus on enhancing situational awareness tactical command and control and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic multidomain environment.
Job Description
This hybrid position is available in Huntsville AL or Austin TX.
- Leads the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions tailored to solve complex missioncritical challenges.
- Analyzes diverse data sources including structured unstructured and semistructured data to extract valuable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Mentors junior data scientists providing guidance on technical problems and career development.
- Manages endtoend data projects from data ingestion and cleaning to model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Works closely with product and engineering teams to implement scalable productiongrade solutions.
- Identifies new data sources and methods to enrich the analytical capabilities of the organization.
- Delivers results and technical insights to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively communicating complex ideas in accessible terms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science machine learning or related fields.
- Active US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level at hire. Clearances are granted to US Citizens.
- Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics or related STEM field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Proficiency in Python R and SQL with a strong command of machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Extensive experience with cloudbased data solutions (e.g. AWS Azure) Kubernetes and big data tools (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with realtime data processing data engineering and ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with deep learning reinforcement learning or natural language processing (NLP).
- Demonstrated leadership experience including managing data science teams and driving crossfunctional projects.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security considerations in data science applications.
- Experience with model interpretability bias mitigation and explainability tools.
