Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a fulltime position ideal for freshers with 01 years of work experience. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships contributing to the overall growth of Hemocean Outsourcing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals and build profitable relationships (Mandatory skill)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and navigate market challenges (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and grow customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Indepth product knowledge to confidently answer client inquiries and tailor offerings to client needs
- Successful track record in closing sales demonstrating the ability to push deals across the finish line
- Proactive prospecting skills to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
- Effective time management to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently within set deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Make sales presentations to prospective clients and provide detailed product/service information
- Negotiate and close deals ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and referrals to develop ongoing client relationships
- Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales
