Their focus is on creating longterm relationships and helping brands increase sales. The Account Manager typically oversees several midsized to large accounts and is responsible for increasing managed gross profit.
Serving as the main contact for brands the Account Manager delivers excellent customer service builds trust and identifies opportunities for growth while strengthening partnerships and upselling Adtractions ideas and products. Collaboration is key to this role. The Account Manager works closely with other teams (e.g. Partner Team Support Team Marketing Team) to ensure that brands working with Adtraction feel confident in the value they receive and know they can always expect more from their partnership with Adtraction.
